This week I felt a real attack against God’s people to faint. At first, I thought it was just against me personally but quickly realised this word was for the Body at large.
There are so many reasons in the natural at this time to think “I can’t do this”, “What’s the point”. Especially with reports saying things could be closed down for as long as
6-12 months. Ministries, Businesses, Gatherings, Restricted Travel.etc
On top of that our communities are dealing with social distancing, isolation, not being able to gather, or visit others; this affects all of us in some way.
The Lord gave me this scripture-
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” Galatians 6:9
There is a promise of a harvest in this scripture, but there is also a condition not to become weary, not to give up, and the only way to achieve that is intimacy with our Father. This season is one of turning our faces to heaven not only to hear the next prophetic word but to hear the tender whispers in the dead of night.
We are given the antidote for weariness in the Bible, Isaiah 40:31 waiting/ seeking the Lord, allowing Him to renew our strength. So we will not become weary or faint. God’s company of egales soaring above earthly perspective carrying heavens mandate.
“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary, and they shall walk, and not faint.”
The other thing I believe the Lord is saying strongly in this hour is we can’t do this alone.
We all need God, yes! But we also need one another. This is a time like never before to hold up one another to encourage one another.
Come on prophetic voices out there communicate with one another message someone, FaceTime someone let someone know you care you are standing with them we are all in this together.
We have been blessed with the gift of prophecy not to only use from our platforms and ministries we are called to release hope in the earth. There is no better time to fulfil our great commission to love one another.
I believe we will come through this and be transformed as a community of people into what God wants an authentic prophetic family that love and care for one another. We were never designed to work alone we function at our highest level in family.
Remember, Jesus said we would be known for the love we have one for another.
“Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples” John 13:35
